As Head of Candidate Research and Engagement at TSI Group, Bolu Olaoluwa leads the firm’s efforts in identifying, engaging, and assessing top-tier executive talent across a broad range of industries.

Bolu plays a pivotal role in the successful execution of every search mandate. She brings rigour, insight, and a high level of professionalism to each assignment. Bolu holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from Covenant University and is currently completing her Master’s in Human Resource Management at the University of Windsor.
