TSI Invests In New Canadians and Top Talent

Pamela Ruebusch, the CEO and Founder of TSI Group recently joined a panel of industry leaders for a “Supply Chain Leadership Forum”. The forum was organized by ACCESS employment and consisted of supply chain professionals, and human resources leaders. ACCESS is a not for profit corporation that provides services and programs to job seekers and new Canadians. ACCESS goal is to offer employment support, workshops, counseling and skills training for new Canadians and those re-entering the labour market.

The panel covered a diverse range of topics including trends in supply chain, threats and opportunities to the industry and hiring trends in the marketplace today. The forum was conversational in nature and allowed time for a question and answer period. Pamela brought to the discussion over 20 years of talent acquisition experience and supply chain insight. Pamela commented “It is important to be involved in your community and invest in Canada’s future talent. Our client’s seek candidates with diverse backgrounds and top level education and credentials. The marketplace is becoming more competitive, therefore it is important to TSI to share our knowledge and continue to participate in round table discussions.”
